OVERVIEW: What You Can Expect
Initial Meeting: We will sit down and discuss the pertinent facts, from financing and costs to your wants and needs. This is my chance to get to know you, and to create an effective strategy which will guide us through the process as a team. We will also address our working relationship – this is really important, as it dictates how I help and represent you, and what we can discuss in confidence. I Get to Work: I will perform research to narrow down your choices, along with many other tasks, keeping you in the loop as we go. I may contact financing companies…preview homes…knock on doors. I will do what it takes. If your current home needs to be sold we will get it on the market and unleash all of our professional marketing services to get you the most money possible.
Visit Your Best Choices: We go home hunting! As we tour the best options for you based on our discussions and my research, my experience will allow me to perceive and point out things that may otherwise go unnoticed, helping you ultimately make the best choice for you. At this time you may a home inspection or other services: I can assist with recommendations and interpretations.
Making an Offer: From understanding property values to negotiating, here is where my skill and experience really shine. I love real estate, and I love people, so I am able to communicate with both homeowners and other Realtors to get the best deal possible for you.
Closing and Moving: While you are eagerly awaiting your closing date, there is much to be done behind the scenes. Conditions must be met or waived within specified time periods; financing needs to be confirmed; legal title and other property details must be verified; closing and moving costs must be made available, etc.. As always, I’ll be beside you to guide the process – like a project manager – and ensure everything gets done.
